I have to agree. You should always go with the most talented player on the most talented team. The question is, which team is that now.
The Raiders are going to run more this year to take pressure off of Gannon. That's bad. They have Tim Brown and Jerry Rice to throw to. That's good. Gannon is getting older and slower. Bad again. Garner and Wheatley make a solid backfield. Another plus.
The Dolphins are known as a throwing team. That's good. Fiedler isn't Dan Marino. Bad. Ricky Williams is better than both backs in Oaktown. Good. Chambers is the only great receiver on the team. Bad. Oronde Gadsden, Randy McMichael and Deidric Ward are another three solid receivers. Good. O-Line has a lot of depth. Good.
I honestly would start Fiedler. I can't believe I'm saying that, but after analyzing it, he would be my pick.
