You probably won't find too many cheatsheets for them....

How do they score punters?

just go to nfl.com and look at punters stats. they dont change much from year to year. unless there is some category for number of punts, then just pick a crappy teams punter.

That's one way to manually crunch numbers, but some punters DO have their stats change, but generally, unless there is a lot of weight on punting, it isn't very significant.

Unless we know your scoring system, it is hard to give you any form of cheatsheet.

The HAFAX league that the Cafe is participating in as a team uses punters so I have looked at them. The best thing I could find was just to go to NFL.com (as was mentioned) They have some pretty good sortable stats. One thing I know is that Todd Sauerbraun (CAR) is a BEAST.
