By city, do you mean an NFL city?
I seem to remember a college team on the east coast called the Seahawks. Maybe in Baltimore?

Being a colts fans for years, I know it was Miami!!!!!!!!

I'm not exactly sure on the year that Miami moved to Baltimore, but I would say in the 30's or 40's.
