If you were an nfl owner, who would u want?

ok so i know this isnt technically about fantasy football but its related so i think it works in this forum(and yes i know there is a forum for draft questions... but this isnt a fantasy draft question):

Hypothetically: if the NFL started fresh... with every player on the waiver wire... Who would be picked first? What would the top 10 be? I assume that it would be much different than a fantasy draft... cuz players like priest who doesnt have that many seasons left in him might not be picked too highly... Gotta figure guys like P. Manning, LDT, and vick would be picked in the top 10... but i honestly have no clue? what do u guys think? where would defensive players be picked?

LT2 for the same reasons they stated, or possibly Peyton Manning, who IMO will be the best of all time by the time he's done.

Ray Lewis would probably round out the top 3 for me, because i think all 3 of these guys have a chance to be the best of all time at their position.

I have done thought about this many times. I have narrowed it down to 6 candidates.

QB: Peyton Manning
RB: LaDanian Tomlinson
WR: Randy Moss
OT: Jonathan Ogden
CB: Champ Bailey
MLB: Ray Lewis

I would be inclined to take Manning even though I don't particularly like him because he is young, durable, and QB is the most important position in football.

For one year, it's Ray Lewis no contest.

Ithink Qb is such a key position that u need to take Peyton Manning, I dont care how good LT is you need to have a good pivot to win games... You can win with only a hlaf decent RB in the back field (see Patriots 2x winners with antowain smith) I think the next player I would take after peyton is Johnathen Ogden the man is absolutely lock down at his position...

I would take them probably like this...

1. Ray Ray
2. Peyton
3. LT2

Lewis is the most dominant guy in football period. Manning and LT2 are simply phenomenal as well. Tomlinson puts up the the crazy ass talent and Manning knows how to put everything together and lead a team.
