My wr are not strong.

I have D Mason, C Rogers, N Burlson,D Terrell, McCaerins

I just can stop thinking about the possiblity of

E James
T Jones
D Staley
D Mason
T Holt

as my starting RB and WR.

Think about this...
LT2
Edge
KJ/ TJ/Suggs
Chad/Ward/TO (for some combination of T Jones, Suggs, or KJ)
Mason

Really, LT2 just can't be passed on. WRs are so much easier to pick up than RBs. Your stable of RBs (LT2, Edge, KJ, TJ, and Suggs), would be very favorable to finding a top 5 WR, especially in the first few weeks of the season when RB injuries mount. A guy loses his stud (which will happen) he'll be looking to you, and you can take full advantage.

I forgot to mention that the scoring in this league really evens out the players. For instance last year T Holt and L Tomlinson average the smae amount of pints per game at around 38. We have a scoring system that allows the top QB, WR, and RB to be about equal. There are bonuses for 100yd rec games and wr get 2 points per reception.

I would pick LT2 and Suggs here even if this was a no trade league. Your WR are not as weak as you think , and your RBs are a lot weaker than you think.

Mason, Rogers, and McCareins make an average starting 3.

Edge and Staley/T.Jones make a mediocre starting 2.

Edge/LT give you the strongest RB duo in the league and they alone will propel you to a playoff berth. Even if you lose one of them to an injury, with Suggs, Jones, and Staley on the bench you are set at that position no matter what happens.

WRs are a dime a dozen, RB depth does not grow on trees.

Seriously, if you want a WR you could trade LT for Moss+someone.
