nifty TD run by Brown

Postby Rat Pack » Mon Aug 30, 2004 7:23 pm

Chris Brown's nifty little 18 yard TD run makes me smile. I have him and J. Jones on my primary team this season, so I'll be keeping a close eye on the RB's in tonight's game.

The stiff arm was insane, however I am not a Brown believer so i can't say much.

Glad to hear he's doing well. Now let's get him the hell out of the game and get Smith in there so Brown doesn't get hurt. I'm needing him this year. :-o

doh! I draft in 20 minutes and I was really hoping to get Brown!!! People on our chat are talking about the game and it's definately going to take an earlier pick than expected to get him I'm afraid. Will still be a fair pick, but I doubt I can steal him in the 8th

If you're not a Brown believer, you should be. That spin move and stiff arm nearly brought tears to my eyes. Chris Brown will be the steal of the draft. You'll get him in the 5th or 6th round and he'll put up second round numbers.

McNair is throwing early and often to Calico, and he's throwing him the deep ball. This guy will go in the last rounds of the draft or even undrafted, yet will put up #2 WR numbers, imo.

I didn't catch the Brown TD, but while I was watching the game I noticed how heavily Vinny favored Keyshawn. It seemed he was throwing the ball to him every time.
