I have the number #2 pick my league ranks qb's at the top

Here is my problem i am in a league with 14 players, i got 2nd and 27th pick, then they draft new order for every 2 rounds, so 3rd round i got 14th pick and 15th pick, last year i was in the same league here are the top 5 performers from last year
daute cullpepper 372 pts
peyton manning 367 pts
ahman green 349 pts
lad tomlinson 339
trent green 319 pts
that is the top 5 priest finished last year in 14th with 261 pts
with my rd 2 3 4 picks im confused who to take 1, depending on what #1 takes im lookin at LT or culpepper should i take a running back first try to trade down or pick culpepper and scoop up the late backs like q. griffith, l suggs , kevin jones????

Definitely take LDT (or Holmes) with the 2nd pick! QB's being the top performers is a little misleading. Check out this article.
