What's the best spot to draft in a 12 team league?

I was thinking #1 or later in the order to have two quick succesion picks. What do you think?

I always preferred drafting in either the 2,3 slots
or the 10,11 spots

If you can keep track of what the 1,2 or 11,12 guys have
you can steal a guy he wants or hold off a few picks
(2 or 4 slots) for a guy you want
