What if you had the 7th pick in an 8 man leauge.
1-6 will go preist, lt2, portis, green, deuce, alexander(something like that). So its gonna come up to me with the choice of Ja Lewis or Edge. The guy behind picking 8th already told me he is gonna take fred taylor and whatever running back i dont take(either lewis or edge). So that means Moss is gonna fall to me. So i guess im asking am i better off w/ Moss and Lewis or Moss and Edge.

*Id really like to take Lewis, but if i did that id want more security at rb and like to take a rb w/ my 2nd round pick, but i just cant see myself passing on moss.

I agree, my draft was yesterday and I took Edge over Jamal at #8 pick, then at 2.3 on the turnaround I took Holt over Jamal. Could have had Edge and Jamal, but ended up with Edge, Henry, T. Jones, and C. Brown....WR's are Holt and Hines Ward.

out of curiousity who went before edge/jlewis (other than the top 6 backs), and then who went between you taking edge and you having the option to take jlewis in round 2?

Same here ... 8-team league and I had 3rd pick. Got A. Green, then got Lewis coming back. Got Henry in 4th round and T. Jones in the 9th as insurance. Also got Suggs in the 13th .... may try to deal him for a WR.

I got Jamal last night in my auction league for $40. For comparison, D. Davis went for $40, A. Green went for $59, and Holmes went for $70.

Although my fingers are still crossed.
