The final word on Stephen Davis / DeShaun Foster. Thoughts?

So we can expect pretty much the same situation that was happening last year?

That depends on who you believe. We seem to have two camps here: One thinks it will still be Davis's job to lose, for the most part, with Foster coming in as a change-of-pace guy and on third downs from time-to-time. The other camp thinks it will be a prgression towards 50/50 and, then maybe, Foster featuring by season's end.

Unfortunately, the scientist in me figures the truth, then, must be somewhere in between -- not total RBBC, but like was said, closer than some think.

I think it will start off as the majority being Davis. Then as the year moves on it will be mostly 50/50.

But I think depending on how the game is going will determine which back gets the majority of the carries in each game. Which will make it hard to predict which one will do good from week to week.
