Call me crazy, but I think Miami is underrated.

Their D took a hit, but it is still a quality defense. Although Fiedlier isn't great he is an adequate starter, and I think he would do a fair job as starter. Chambers is very underrated, and the Phins just may have a prolific passing attack with Booker as their #2. If they solve their RB problems, they aren't a terrible team.

Dont get me wrong I expect a losing season and I am probably being overly generous but the Dolphins probably aren't in as bad shape as others think.

I was thinking the same thing last week...seriously.....I bet Miami is so sick of hearing about who they lost and how bad they'll be....We (Steelers) play them early on so I hope I'm wrong....but really, they don't scare me.

I've still been saying that Miami will win 7-10 games this year.

They ALWAYS finish right around .500, no matter the expectations. If you'll recall, the year after Marino retired they were supposed to have a top 5 draft pick the next year, but ended up in the playoffs. When Marino left, they had literally nothing else. Now at least they have a defense, although that may be counteracted by Dave Wannstedt. I suppose you could say the team from the year after Marino left had the advantage of not having Wannstedt, so that could be the wildcard.

I'm still expecting 6-7 wins outta Miami this season.

They may not have quite the same amount of talent that they were supposed to have this season, but they're still an average team, and will end up with an (almost) average record. If Wannstedt was fired at the end of last season I'd predict another win or two, but we'll have to wait until next season for that to happen.
