Its either Officer and a Gentleman or Full Metal Jacket. I think that Officer and a Gentleman used Oklahoma for that line, so I'll go with Full Metal Jacket.

Been many, many years since I saw this, so its just a shot in the dark, but it makes too much sense.....Cool Hand Luke?
