easy, just figure out which players go to which owner, and set up 3 seperate trades with all teams sending the specified players to their final resting place.

make sure to note this to the league so they dont veto any.

lol, the thread title is great, intentional or not.

you just do 3 seperate trades... they should set up a 3-way trade type thing though for coming years. that'd be a good idea.
