Will either Griffin or Bell emerge as a top-10 talent in 04?

I own Griffin as my #3 back, but I don't see him makign the top 10. Denvers passing game has improved, and i don't think he'll get quite as many carries as Portis did. I do think theres a good possibility for him to remain the starter all year barring injury though.

I just traded Randy Moss, Emmitt Smith, Josh Scobey and Rothelsberger, for
Griffin, McGahee, Warner, and Peter Warrick.

So, I hope I got a great deal, and I think I did.

I agree with you goleafs.

There is NO WAY I would have made that deal. Yeah, Griffin might be good, but McGahee is all hype. Warner should not start a game for a fantasy team that starts 1QB, and Warrick is a WR3 at best.

Maybe he's a Travis Henry owner that plays in a 2-QB league? I still would have passed on that trade.

my only worry is that everyone is onto it, as in years past they came out of nowhere, usually things like this you cant foresee, like Boldin, other than that, i think Q Griff will be a STUD

I always saw myself as a Mike Anderson fan, and I don't think my mind will change here. Neither Griffin or can carry the Broncos offense on is respective shoulders. Griffin is obviously the biggest stud going into the draft (due to a lack of faith in Tatum Bell). You guys are relying heavily on guys who wouldn't see starting action NEARLY anywhere else. Griffin and Bell might be in the perfect system to achieve, but to put them ahead of Dillon, Henry, or even my boy Bennett would be an EXETREME mistake on draft day.

The Broncs system produces fantasy studs. Every year. Bennett, once again is hurt and may be out until after the bye week. So you won't have him for 4 weeks. Ill take Griffin who will get a lot of carries (Tatum Bell will spell him probably) over the guy who is hurt for at least a few weeks. I wouldn't take him over Henry or Dillon though.
