Thoughts on Boldin when he returns?

I have him stashed in two of my leagues. He should be a good producer for the playoff run... I wouldn't take him any earlier than round 11, but if you can get him after that, I think he has great value, there.

Well, honestly thinking about grabbing him in a trade where he's an extra basically.

Only worried about the playoffs. I've got a good core of WR in the mean time.

Not knowing the trade, I can say that I think Boldin has good value for teams that are good enough to make the playoff run... And I think he has GREAT value in a keeper...

Not true... Boldin should be back after the bye, which gives you plenty of games to evaluate him before you have to choose a playoff roster... But if he returns to form, you'll be damn glad you kept him....

He'll be back prior to the fantasy playoffs so you'll have time to evaluate him.

I have to disagree with you a little bit, Huge. I don't think anyone's banking their playoffs on a WR to carry them through the playoffs, certainly not like they did last year with Vick (who as a QB, was especially poised to help some at an impact position).

However, I think Huge's point is well taken -- be sure to temper your expectations. Boldin COULD be a factor, but he won't singlehandedly put you over the top.
