Uh-oh. This sounds like one of those injuries that might keep him out for a while. Anything having to do with an ACL is never good...let's just hope they don't push him too hard, too soon. There's nothing like a torn ACL to end someone's season.

An ACL sprain is a lot different than a torn ACL... and believe me, any team physician can tell from a few simple tests whether or not the ACL is torn.
