Which situation will produce a viable WR

I'm looking for a 4th WR and wondered if someone could emerge from one of these teams.

Galloway looks like the best option off any of those teams. If i had to bet on one of them, it would be him

I think Tampa will put up very good passing numbers this year. The problem is figuring out who the hell it's going to be. As a sleeper I like Lee but he seems to have slipped a little during camp. Brown, Galloway, Joe J (when healthy) who knows. Looks like McCardell won't be there so someone has to step up.

Next... scary as this sounds... SD. Lots of good young receivers, LT2 getting most of the attention it simpy depends on if a QB shows up for them. Brees hasn't cut it so far, Rivers hasn't played an NFL down yet but Osgood and Parker are both good.

I don't like Chicago. Don't like the QB and haven't been impressed with anyone other than Gage.
