IMO:
I like Witten's potential to breakout this season quite a bit, and NE spreads the ball around too much to solidify any of their options on the recieving side of the ball as a starter on your fantasy team. Witten is now starting for a team controlled by Tuna, and he utilizes the TE's a lot more than most teams. Witten is also a converted WR, so he has the skills to come down with the ball. Graham is also playing for time against Fauria, and rookie Watson, and he's also aging. Witten is only in his second year, and has the upper hand against Graham. A keeper league doesn't make a difference here, because unless he produces HUGE numbers, you won't consider keeping a TE, unless his nickname is also the name of a blue muppet. Witten can be had off the waiver, or in late late late rounds during a draft in most leagues that require a TE.
