I happen to be the builder of that site. I lurk around here occasionally. You guys seem like a nice bunch, especially vis-a-vis some other sites out there. In any event, I had to respond to this. I DO APPRECIATE what you have done for me here, Nero, and I appreciate the fact that the owner of this site left the thread up and alive (note: Nero's introduction on "the Gridiron" included a plug of sorts to FantasyFootballCafe.com and I left it up). My site is in its very nascent stages, so I could use all the help I can get. Anyway, I just had to comment on a guy (even in jest) asking for $5 for plugging my site, while the site itself remains absolutely free, including of ads, meaning ALL I DO is spend money and provide pro bono service to fantasy footballers. ;-) At any rate, I hope some of you can make the time to visit me over there, especially on "the Gridiron" forum (without taking time from your posting here). I will try to come on by here and post, but remember that doesn't really make sense... I have obvious vested interest to keep posting on my site. I would expect no different from this site's admin. Anyway, thanks again, Nero, and thanks for the de facto kudos, everyone! ;-D

P.S. (I hope this post was not too inappropriate. If so, I will understand if it gets deleted!)

You have a nice site there Stegrock...welcome to the Cafe :-)

Nero, I have horror stories to tell about PAYPAL if youre interested? in essence dont trust them with your money and NEVER accept credit card payments via them. :~(

I have concerns with this, as well. I have another internet business (not football or even sports related and, no, not pornography) and I explicitly state on my "billing forms" that PayPal.com is one method of sending me payment. Though I have not processed the payments of all too many orders by way of them, I have had absolutely no problems with the ones that I have. However, I have heard others talk of horror stories. Please disclose! Here would be fine by me! If not, tell me so and I will give you my e-mail address, which, by the way, can also be found over on "the Gridiron" or the "GBRFL" home page at FantasyFootballer.com (link on page 1 of this thread), of course. At any rate, thanks in advance!

Well, the point of this thread is drastically changing...

Homeless, case in point regarding PayPal, I just today processed an order via PayPal for that other internet business of mine yet again without hitch. What are the problems people claim to have? Look, I have no vested interest in PayPal.com. I just want to know. Everybody, or should I say anybody, I have spoken with about it always speaks in vague generalities. Gim'me some meat! What's the deal?
