Yahoo league needs ppl quick..U choose, pay $20 or don't

I commish a league and because of some last minute dropouts we need owners fast. The league is mostly people who live locally, but there are a couple living elsewhere whom I met online. All of us will be paying $20 for 100% payout prizes to 1st 2nd and 3rd, but you have the option of not paying anything if you choose. We really just need to have 12 active owners, and it's up to you if you want to bet.

Here's some details:
-Yahoo 12 person redraft with live draft Sat. Sep. 4th 11:00pm eastern
-We start 1QB 2RB 3WR 1TE 1K 1D
-6pts for all TDs
-1pt per 10yds rushing/receiving
-1pt per 20yds passing
-1pt per reception(voting on doing .5pt)
-If you pay $20 prizes are 1st-50% 2nd-30% 3rd-20%
-If you pay $ you can send and receive it by paypal or money order
