If ANYONE is taking Barlow over Culpepper or Manning in the 2nd round you deserve to be beaten in the head with a tack hammer.
Are you saying to take Culpepper and Manning in the 2nd round??

Yes. Especially this year.

All this worry about Barlow. He will do fine.

Don't give me any crap about the sorry 49ers offense when Tomlinson does his thing just fine every year in San Diego.

Exactly my point, I'm not expecting him to have a horrible year like Hambrick did. I'm just not expecting the 1500 and 10 TDs some are expecting. Not top 10 RB material IMO.
So they weren't the best...and may have ended the worst. SO WHAT!

It took some searching to dig this out of the archives, but I thought for fun I'd repost this thread and see what people thought halfway through the season on the Barlow predictions.

Some of you agreed w/ me and some thought I was off my rocker and compared Barlow to LT and Jamal Lewis. I still say he resembles Hambrick more than either of these two and people who drafted him high are either stuck with him or are looking for ways to get rid of him.

It's okay. I thought Henry would be something this year and I was wrong :-P
