Question about Yahoo

We had a slight problem in our league. We are running our league on Yahoo. One guy drafted Lawrence Tynes but Yahoo doesn't have him listed. If I click on "Begin Season" am I still able to go in as the commissioner and add a person to his team without it being counted as a transaction. We have a maximum of 15 transactions per team in our league.

You can always edit transaction numbers and reset his total if it does count the move you are talking about as a transaction.
