Early Word Has it That Coach Bill Parcells Has Lured Barry Sanders Out Of Retirement to Be The Premier Running Back of The Dallas Cowboys. So Far there are few details to the Deal that would Highly Compensate The Detroit Lions.
Jerry Jones Owner Of The Dallas Cowboys talking to reporters this Morning from Fort Worth Texas, Declares This Event to be, "The Icing On The Cake". And he couldn't wait to have "The NFL's All-Time Greatest Runner Claim His Title as a Cowboy". He Said that They've been in Talks for some weeks now and felt confident of the Outcome during negotiations with Emmitt Smith.
Coach Bill Parcells would only reveal that "This is a Great Day in Cowboy History" & that Former NY Giant Dave Meggett played an intrical part while negotiating with Sanders. So Far Sanders is Unavailable for Comment. A Spokesman for The Detroit Lions would only say that "This Officially Closes The Book on an Incredible Union".
A Press Conference is scheduled for 3:00 PM ET today from Dallas. The Detroit Lions also have a Press Conference scheduled for sometime this afternoon.
