I just read on Rotoworld he has been named the #1 reciever for SD. What do you guys expect of him, any good numbers?

I really like Eric Parker, I've seen him a little last year and he has some nice overlooked leaping abilities. Looks like he runs well too. I don't see SD doing MUCH, but in a deep league I believe he is a decent number 3.

Parker as a #4 WR wouldn't be too bad of an idea, but you needn't draft him. I think he can be had for nothing after the draft.
