I need Steve Smith info badly!!

Is he missing week 1 from that preseason injury??? I gotta know because I gotta submit my starting lineup pretty soon.. Its not a huge deal either way because I got no problem starting Javon Walker in his place for a week, but I cant start a player not playing..... any carolina fans here??? whats the word???
