Journeyman coach looking to find and create a home

I know that it is WAYYYYYYYYYYY early but I have been a journeyman coach for the past 3 years. I want to find a league that I can keep for the years to come.

I have tried MULTIPLE times to find a keeper league and yet some moron has to screw it up by leaving and never coming back. (and generally it is more than one moron who splits)

Anyway I want to try to find some BIG TIME, DIE HARD FANS who are sick of the cheating and leaving of a keeper league every year.

This may sound crazy but I want a league that will last YEARS AND YEARS.
