Dorsey Levins to the Giants

I just heard a news flash about free agent Dorsey Levins apparently agreeing to be a Giant. Looks like Dayne's future as a Giant is getting close to being over.

Tiki's Fantasy stock could suffer, as I see Levins more of a threat to take carries than Dayne would have been.

Looks like the Thunder of "Thunder and Lightning" is gonna be no more. I can see Levins getting a few more balls than Dayne, but Tiki is still the man in Giant land.

im not so worried. dayne only stole carries because he was a short yardage type of guy (and for a while they thought he had talent )... levens is the same kind of back as tiki, but he isnt as good. he'll just be a regular old backup.

Yeah he did not take that many carries away from Staley he sure isn't going to take away from Tiki.

From what I read....Levens will be the "red zone" back. That doesn't bode well for Tiki's FF value. The fantasy nightmare continues......

Staley out and out rocks, thats why Levens didnt get many carries. Tiki also rocks, but Levens is a very good back up to have in the wings if tiki goes down or doesnt perform.

Like I said in the other Tiki/levens post, I pray this doesnt turn into committee.

im glad to see levens come to the NYG. he is about thae same style back as tiki and will be a great fillin when tiki starts to get tired. they have a proven backup guy now that will be able to seemlessly put himself into the offensive scheme that they use.
