It is true, that only ONE of these teams made the playoffs in 2002, but I think there is a good chance that quite a few of these teams are 'playoff caliber' teams.

I would take Stewart as my 3rd QB, but I really think he would scare me too much, if he was my 2nd QB.

in an auction league i would go as far as to call him a sleeper starter IF you choose to get more strength at rb and wr....im even thinking of doing that because i know i can get him for a buck and spend money elsewhere

he wont win many games for the bears but will have tons of garbage yards and tds that will be great for fantasy

he is a nice backup in a regular draft league

I would take him on my team as a backup. It's at least worth the risk, and if he sucks, then you can always make other arrangements. Last year means sh#t, considering the parody in the NFL. Kordell has been under more scrutiny than any qb in the league even after being arguably one of the best qb's in the league the season before last. Then Plummer goes out there and throws interceptions every Sunday, along with missing open receivers, but becomes the hottest free agent qb on the market during this preseason.

i would take kordell as my backup QB. the CHI offense will rebound and they should hit .500 this year. also to stewarts advantage is the their defense should be healthy enough to play better, and a-train should rebound as well.

ive used kordell as a backup before...and i'd do it again...kordell can only help chicago at this point...and having booker and terrell will only help him...hopefully atrain will bounce back, but i don't know about that just yet
