One guy that truly truly needs replacing in Detroit is Millen. This guy is a complete bonehead. They will continuously be at the bottom of the league until he's gone. Mark my words. Mooch has got his job cut out for him.

He will be good for the Lions because he is a good run stuffer. But the guy is awful vs. the pass you have to wonder about a guy that is on his 3rd team in as many year
