A reliable no. 3 back at this point or is fargas going to take over...
Im in a league that starts 3rbs and 3wrs and looking to trade for a no 3 back..... is he serviceable?

Any RB in a Norv Turner offense deserves a good look by fantasy GMs. I think Ty will get about 2/3 of the touches as we might see something that resembles RBBC in Oak. Not bad for a #3, but more like a #4 in my eyes.

I think Ty is a better option than TJ. Ty will get more action in his share of the RBBC, where as TJ will get the lesser portion sharing with Dunn.

wheatley should not be available in most leagues right now, and if you are in a league where he is available, I suggest making room for him on your roster. He will at the very least be a decent bye week fill in. Dont worry about Fargas taking significant touches away from Wheatley.

this is a league where you start 1 QB, 3RBs 3WR/TE and k, Def there is no ww and points only for tds and games over 250yds(QB) and 100yds(RB/WR) so... winslow is not an asset really but the guy wants him and smith for wheatly KRob and B Johnson... but now this is the wrong forum for trade advice....whoops

i actually believe wheatly is an injury risk... and fargas' role could increse steadily as the season progresses

Whoever says not to worry about Fargas can only be a blind Michigan fan. Fargas is younger, quicker, faster and better. Look for him to steal alot of significant carries. Even if Fargas doesn't come out and win it, Wheatley won't last all year. It's laughable that people think that a guy in his 30's will suddenly become a consistent steady performer when he never has been in his entire career.
