How often does a "Bust" turn it around? And..

I know that people like to predict breakout seasons. But do people try to predict a player coming back from a bad season or two?

Not trying to toot my own horn here but I wrote an article on players who were busts last year but should have good seasons this year a couple of months ago. Its a little out of date, but here it is.

I liked the article. I was wondering if there were people that would try to predict guys coming off a bust year.

It's always a good idea to try to grab a guy that has been a bust the season before. They are always cheap plus we know they have the ability since they've done it before.
