I sure have won a lot of DVD players according to the banner that keeps flashing!!

Wonder what I would do with all of them?

Hehe, I made a joke about always winning something when I visited the cafe....I think that was months ago.

Its the same in hotmail now too.

If it helps support the cafe then im all for it.
I have a pop up stopper and those are the worst.

according to the banner my computer is infected and i have messages in by inbox but I check and nothing is there........ :-o

Seriously, though, we do try to keep as many ads as possible football-related, but the occasional DVD player probably doesn't hurt. As to popups, are they a problem now? We've (and when I say we, I mean menyak, since I don't have the foggiest how to do this :-)

) tried to make sure their frequency is very low so as not to be annoying.

Gotta pay the bills somehow...if pop-ups are a problem then just d/l one of many pop-up stoppers available online.

Ya, sorry guys - hope it's acceptable. Funding works fairly well that way, and as long as it's amusing, it's probably ok. :-]

Just hope it's also fine with you guys on a modem connection, on my cable that stuff loads fairly quickly and isn't much of a hazard.

heh, I always forget about regular modem guys (aka dial up crowd) ive had cable now for 6 yrs, maybe longer and im a spoiled brat when it comes to internet speed. Every now and then for a laugh I use my friends 56k dial up :-o
