Right. If he were to be given a realistic shot at 5 or 6 TD's all season, he becomes one of the top TE's.

Last season Ronald Curry was WR/QB.
This season the Jets had a WR/TE player (Dominguez) but he didn't make the final cut.

i'm the author of the other cooley thread...

and all i have to say on the matter after reading everyones opinion is....

remember me when you scramble to pick him off of waivers after he scores a TD in game 1. ;-)

Well, Osk....
Looks like you missed on this one. By a week :-D

Anybody watching the game have some insight on how Cooley was used? I see he got 3 receptions yesterday including the TD. Is he coming out of the backfield or lining up as a TE? Is he to be considered a legitimate RZ threat? Or has he peaked?
