I would hold on to him, he's a rich athlete. I imagine he'll at least get the trial pushed back until after the fantasy season.

It sounds to me like the trial is taking place during the season for sure. The ? is will he be able to play while it's going on a la Kobe. I believe Billick said he doesn't like the idea of him not practicing and playing in the games. I drafted Lewis expecting him to miss at least 2 weeks.

Lewis may miss one week. Get his backup Chester Taylor, who looked great in preseason.
