O. Smith might play week 2, Tice sets Projections week 1

Vikings running back Onterrio Smith might play next week, too.
It appears as though the Vikings will have running back Onterrio Smith for at least one more week. Unless his appeal of a four-game suspension is heard today, Smith almost certainly will be eligible for the Vikings' game Sept. 20 at Philadelphia. The NFL typically notifies a team by Monday if a player will be ineligible for that week's game

more updates

Introducing Onterrio Smith at a public event Thursday, Minnesota coach Mike Tice promised Smith would gain 100 yards this weekend.
Nice. We love Mike Tice. Smith should earn most of the carries in Minnesota this weekend and be in most fantasy lineups as an RB2 or flex position player.

I remember the two games he got 20+ carries and ended damn near 150 yards rushing in both.....

He's a starting RB in the league and once the Vikes tire of Bennett's injuries, it'll be his time.

I really could use him to develop into the starting and main back in Minnesota for my Great Debates team. Woeful at the #2 back and no one will trade at all with me.

I'll trade with you. But not for Onterrio.

Edit: Nevermind. I have no depth.
