FB vs. FF (Your Skill Please........)

Postby nebbie2004 » Fri Sep 10, 2004 1:08 pm

ok......

Fantasy Baseball vs. Fantasy Football..........

NO IM NOT TALKING ABOUT WHICH ONE IS BETTER.....

Would you rather be mediocre in both or a Expert in one, while sucking at the other???

I vote: Expert at one and Suckiness at the other!

They can be interchangable as to which you rather be the expert in.........

Like to here your thoughts???

choice 1) Mediocre at both FB and FF

choice 2) Expert at either FB or FF and weak the one your not a "expert' in!

(of course Arlo, we know your the man of both, heh ;-D )

In truth, I'd say I'm an expert at FF and mediocre at FB.

I have realized I am better at FF than FB. I like them both for completely different reasons. Because of the roto nature of FB, I think its a bit harder and involves more strategy, but there is definitely a different type of analysis that takes place in FF where greater emphasis is placed on changing situations and matchups where in FB the emphasis in analysis usually revolves around a return to the mean type of theory.

But to answer your question - I like to be very good in both. ;-D

I would rather be mediocre in both, mostly because I play both. ;-D

Id wanna be an expert in FF and crappy in FB because Football is so much more fun to watch and IMO so much more strategic (FF-wise) than FB

I'd like to be an expert in FB and crappy at FF, but I'm really just mediocre at both, slight edge to FB though. They really are alot different as baseball is a long stretched out process that involves more strategy IMO. Although I defenitly prefer watching Football and I like having all the action in one day, making it more exciting. Like I said before they are different games but I like them both ;-D

I don't have to worry about this problem (read: I own all fantasy sports).
