ESPN list rounds it out with these guys. Harrison is #1

Rounding out the list, ESPN reported, were Warren Sapp of the Oakland Raiders (5 percent), Kyle Turley of the Kansas City Chiefs (4 percent), Hines Ward of the Pittsburgh Steelers (4 percent), Sean Taylor of the Washington Redskins (3 percent), John Lynch of the Denver Broncos (3 percent), Kevin Mawae of the Tennessee Titans (3 percent) and Olin Kreutz of the Chicago Bears (2 percent).

Yep. Here's the real answer. How many guys had careers ended or stalled out due to Harrison's illegal hits?

Hate to admit it, but this would be my vote.

I saw him play a lot more than Harrison, so I gotta go with Romo.
