It's on whatever station is your Fox Sports Net affiliate (if you get one). Mine is FSN Pittsburgh, so whatever one carries the Phillies is the one you're looking for.

It is on about 4 more times before the games. I think the one I normally watch is on at 10 AM Sunday.
