haha i was kidding around... i know its real easy to get it in Canada, pretty much anyone can get it. Im not sure how easy it is in the States though

Everyone is shut down from what I've heard. First year ever for that.

I have heard of a very dishonest and deplorable scam that goes like this. Buy Sunday Ticket for your 3 home receivers and find 3 neighbors to swap receivers with. You still have one receiver with ST and now so do they. Split the cost in thirds. Note: you obviously better not reconnect the phone line in the other homes. Some people are just too desperate to save $120 in my opinion!

Didnt all the Direct TV "FREE" cards get destroyed. Direct TV burned them and they are out of commision. Unless they have a new "CRACK". Do you guys know annything about this?

That neighbor thing is a good idea though.

There are whole websites devoted to DTV cards, kinda a grey issue in canada but are illegal in the states. Having one is a pain in the ass cause it will work for 1week to maybe 3 months then you will have to update the codes and fix the card. Really annyoying unless you do it for a hobby.

If you try one of the cards in the states the cable companies can tell who is recieving the signal and you go to a federal pound me in the *** prison. In canada though, all is good.

Well the only way the tv company can tell is if you plug the phone line in, otherwise there is no way for them to find out. You are right though, you could go to jail for a card, but I doubt it would be a pound me prison.

Free FOOTBALL ON TV for charter cable users. This SUnday "On Demand" Channel 999 Digital cable. THey are having free previews! This is the last weekend of the offer. So at least week 2 is going to be free. I live in Los Angeles. Idont know about you guys.

That neighbor thing is a good idea though.

They changed all cards from P3 to P4. You can buy the new cards and pay for someone to program them, but yes it would be a pain in the ass when they go out every few days
