I know, I know.. but I feel like I've gone through this before, and I waited about seven weeks to finally be willing to cut the cord on Gannon last year, and by then he had cost me about four games.

You're probably right, I hope.

I've never been a big fan of McNair in fantasy football. But, definitely way too early to say that, although whats up with 14 pass attempts -- that just isn't getting it done for a fantasy squad.

1st game means nothing. If he performs like this the next few weeks, then you can start making assumptions. Way too early to tell.

Not only was it a f-uped schedule but the INT's by Ten D deep in Dolphin territory really hurt the passing game. Don't really have to pass too much when you get the ball in a great starting position. Or when you have the lead due to 2 DEF td's.

When Calico returns that will help but they ran the ball so well today did not need the passing game. He has looked great all pre-season and next week I predict he will go off!! Plus Gannon is about 50 and Mac 9 is 31. For 6 to 8 weeks last year Mcnair was the best fantasy qb and next week he will be top5 indy D is no Miami D.
