Gates had a great end to the season last year. So it shouldn't be a surprise that he had such a big today. He was on everybody's sleeper list. SD has no WRs. Gates will be the man in the passing game.

If this keeps up for a few weeks, however (Gates , Gonzo , then I'll have some decisions to make. For now, I'm writing it off as Denver simply scheming up for Tony (Champ Bailey ).

Ya, putting the lockdown corner on the TE is brutal. I hope they dont do that to Gates

Sat him for Shockey also. Warner just does not look like he can lead a football team anymore. Gates is going in next week until Shockey and company look better(if that happens).
