KC Wide recievers

Postby BlitzBoyz » Mon Sep 13, 2004 12:10 am

The guys doing tonight's Denver/KC game made a point that I could not agree with more - for such a high powered, high scoring offense, KC has no wide receivers that strike fear in an opponent.

The throws go to Priest and Tony Gonzales, and then what's left over gets spread all around. Johnny Morton, Eddie Kennison, Richard Smith? Yeah, Dante Hall has produced, but more as a kick returner. Put it another way, are you drafting these guys? Didn't think so...

So, how good would this team be if they drafted or paid for free agent Wr's that really have potential?

What I thought was curious was that instead of letting Gonzo be a decoy they insisted on forcing the play to him. That and not using Priest more left me shaking my head.

So try out for the Headcoach job......

Just bring your resume of posts here at the FFC and let them know that you have made much better calls than the staff in KC. They should have you employed post haste...lol!
