Cancelling trades???

I accepted a trade from a guy that I want to pull out of. It is still on the waiver period, so if I vote against my own trade will it be cancelled???

I just did today. I was about to trade Bruce away, but then Rogers got injured. I sure as heck wasn't going to leave myself without a good receiver. I don't know if my vote was the deciding vote or not, but when I did, it was cancelled right away.
