Should I trade Trent Green and Corey Dillon for Kurt Warner?

I would do it based on the fact that passing TD's are worth the same as rushing td's.

Warner had 36 td's---216 pts

Dillon had 15 td's 12-rush 3-rec
Green had 17 td's
-----192 pts total for the two of them.

Thrown in Warner's 4000+ yards and it's a no brainer to me.
