I'd cut him.

He'll probably be limping when he comes back ala Vick, McNabb's broken legs.

Plus, do you really want to rely on a guy who's coming back from surgery on a broken leg during the fantasy playoffs?

Then again, it depends who is in the FA pool.

Have Steve Smith. Who would you pick up?

Tyrone Calico (this is the one I am leaning towards
Glenn
Caldwell
Eric Parker

I am definitely thinking Calico. He wouldn't start yet, I have Keyshawn, Reggie Wayne, David Terrell, Rod Gardner and Steve Smith. Should I go for Calico?

Boy am I in trouble now, Dante Stallworth is my number one receiver now and I dont have roster space to replace him if he is not out the whole season.

Personally though I am a huge Steve Smith fan and regardless of FF I hope he comes through it OK, damage to the leg can screw up a career. Fingers crossed ;-D

News: On Tuesday, Smith underwent surgery to repair his broken left fibula, an injury suffered when he was tackled from behind late in Monday night's loss to the Green Bay Packers. The Panthers have not set a timetable for the receiver's return, but it is likely that he will be sidelined for at least a couple of months. He had six catches for six yards prior to his departure.
Advice: According to Carolina head coach John Fox, rookie Keary Colbert, who was inactive for Monday's game, will step into the starting lineup opposite Mushin Muhammad in Smith's absence. (STATS, Inc.)

I doubt anyone would want to trade anything of value for Smith or Boldin right now.

Can someone please answer my question? I can never get an answer at the trade forum, so this is my best hope.
