Colbert wasn't active on Monday night, but he was one of the best receivers in the league during the preseason. We've pumped the USC all-time leading receiver up since draft day because of his toughness and ball skills. He's worth grabbing in nearly all leagues.
which makes me wonder why he would be starting at #2 now.

Not that he has any fantasy value on the offensive side of the ball, but this could detract from the apparent increase in value of the other CAR WRs..

The Panthers are apparently considering using rookie cornerback Chris Gamble (DB) Car at wide receiver at times in the wake of Steve Smith's injury. Gamble played regularly at wide receiver at Ohio State.
