I'm in a 16 team pure yardage league (1 pt/10 yd passing/receiving, 1pt/20 yd passing, TD's have no value) which allows a 10 man roster, 8 active/2 reserve, with no more than one of any position on the bench at any given time. We are required to dress 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR (incl. TE's), 1 K, and a team defense (whose yards are compared against the other 15 dressed that week and awarded points based on fewest given up (16 pts-1pt)).
So, here's my roster: A. Brooks; P. Holmes, TJ Duckett; E. Moulds, I. Bruce, H. Ward; P. Dawson; Dallas. My reserves are R. Wayne and J White (RB, CLE). I'm cutting Wayne this week and picking up a back up either at WR or QB depending on whose available. I'll probably start White ahead of Duckett as well.
The question is: I'm solid at all three WR spots, QB, one RB, and K, so do I try to package some of these components to trade up for a second solid back, or do I hang on to the two part-timers I have and hope they start getting more carries?
