Lelie Injured? Could be good news for Watts

Postby Trap » Tue Sep 14, 2004 1:05 pm

I just got this on Sportsline.

Ashley Lelie, WR DEN

News: According to the Rocky Mountain News, Ashley Lelie will play at Jacksonville despite a brief "shoulder dislocation."

Analysis: Barring setbacks, Lelie is a good No. 3 option in leagues with 12-plus teams.

I think the funny thing is after all the problems Lelie has had - especially catching the ball in real games - CBSSportsline still recommends him as a solid #3 WR option. I wonder if that's Fabiano's sage advice. ;-7

I am not going to by into this until I see Watts catch more than 4-5 balls for more than 70yards. There are way too many TE this year that went undrafted in WR/TE flex league that I would start before Watts.

On the other hand I do admit that the kid has talent.
