Where can I get live game statistics? I want to get my hands on the data that drives the Live CBS sportsline or yahoo updates. Are there services for this? Where does CBS/Yahoo get their live stats?

well yahoo is gametracker, and you now have to pay for it 9.95 methinks? anyway, my stattracker (live) in CBS came with my package..can't help you there... :-/

i have cbs sportsline- i wanna get access to the data that drives that- kinda build my own cbs sportsline

set up a site for my own league- but i wanna have live updates- like yahoo stat tracker and cbs sportsline gamecenter

You should PM arlo or menyak or one of the very respected mods and ask them...I have no knowledge on the situation unfortunately... :-/

You can use a site like MyFantasyLeague.com. It lets you set up a custom league and gives you live scoring, etc.

If you're looking for the actual backbone for these sites, biz.stats.com is one of the major ones.

There probably are but I don't know who they are. SportsLine/NFL.com, Yahoo and ESPN all use STATS, inc.
