PS: You know they might let Fargas start sooner than expected to get that trade value up to pay for Ricky!

I'm going to throw another name on that list to keep an eye on - Michael Pittman. His suspension is over in time for him to return in Week 4 and if the TB running game continues on their torrid pace from Sunday (combined 15 carries for 30 yards) Gruden will be ready to try something new.

He could be their Week 5 starter and be an adequate one week fill.

I'll take Foster, personally I think he's better than Davis right now.

Let me tell you as a Browns fan both Suggs and Green are capable backs but Suggs is a far better runner. He's got good vision and he hits the hole quicker. Its just a matter of getting his neck healthy and he'll be starting again, with Green getting a few carries here and there.

I'd lean toward Foster.

You never know what will happen between now and week 5, but with the Smith injury and Carolina's hideous OLine play Monday, there's a chance the Panthers will want a speedy back who can catch the ball - and that ain't Davis. Even if Foster doesn't take the starting job outright (and Davis would probably get goal-line calls even then), he should see an expanded role.

I agree Foster would be my pick. Losing Smith hurts, and they need some explosiveness. DeShaun will fill that need.

I agree....In the Steeler/Raider game Wheatley looked old while fargas was quick & fast to the holes.
One for the thumb...

Fargas is also quick and fast to the injury list. :-b
